Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days unless otherwise specified. Once handed off to the shipping courier after processing, the time to be delivered may vary.  As a small business we try our best to create, pack, and ship out your orders as soon we can! However, we do want to ensure your items are created with care so this time can vary due to high volumes of sales. You can expect your order to get to you in around 1-2 weeks.

In the case of a shipping delay, all deliveries are carried out by courier companies that operate separately from us. We cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays due to weather or other reasons that may occur during the transit period. Once packages are shipped out, the shipping process will be out of our control, although we always do our very best to help you through the process of tracking!
